Health & Social Care

If you’re interested in a career working in the community, we offer a wide range of nationally recognised courses to suit your particular interest – whether it’s the support needs of adults with physical disabilities or mental health issues, or caring for older people. You’ll take part in lectures, group work, role-play and project work.

To help you progress your training, the College works closely with a number of health providers to ensure that our practices are up-todate.

These organisations often provide opportunities for work placements. We also participate in a health sciences pathway which opens up further opportunities for training and careers which lead to a variety of challenging and rewarding careers. Please be aware that Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks will be required.
