Catering and hospitality continue to be large employers in East London, and with the Olympics just round the corner, there are hundreds of opportunities for well qualified students to get the job of their dreams. We already offer deliciously successful catering courses but now you can gain a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3 too!

You will learn:
• To cook with vegetables, poultry, game, fish and shellfish
• To make and serve hot, cold and frozen desserts, including petit fours
• To devise menus
• To deal with customers and serve food
• To work at corporate events
• All health and safety requirements
