For the career path to Teaching and Education Studies, you will take modules in Education Studies English and Study Skills, and choose two options from Anthropology, English Literature, History, Psychology, Sociology, and South Asian Studies. It is a requirement of Teacher Training courses that students have GCSE English, Science and Maths or equivalent. If you need GCSE equivalence, you can pick this up as part of the course.

We offer the Access to Education Studies course as a full-time course, where you study up to 4 days a week. We also offer a part-time route, where you study for one full day and two evenings. This route is only available for applicants with a significant amount of experience of work in an educational setting, such as Teaching Assistants from local schools.
