Mentors will be trained and meet regularly with their mentees and provide evidence in their portfolios of these meetings.

This will be checked by a supervisor and further guidance given.

Evidence of meetings can be signed and dated time sheets, registers in workshops, photographs with dates, review sheets, targets set with mentees. Evidence should cover training, the support provided by the mentor and reviewing the success of their mentoring.
