The course builds on Level 2 Beauty Therapy by extending your practical and theoretical skills including body massage techniques and body improving, spa treatments, face and skin conditions using mechanical and electrical treatments. To gain a full qualification you need to complete three further units from the following:
• Electrical depilation methods
• Aromatherapy
• Body massage
• Nail maintenance using artificial techniques
• Enhancing appearance using specialist make-up techniques
You can also learn spa treatment skills in our fantastic facility.
Entry Requirements:
Entry is by project, trade test and interview. You should have completed Level 2 training but people with work
experience may be considered. You will need to have good communication skills and a caring, mature attitude.
Where this course might take me:
You can apply for work in beauty salons and clinics, health and fitness clubs, spas and cosmetic houses in the UK and abroad. This qualification counts towards teaching courses. You may also progress to Higher Education.
