Why come on the course?
This course is for those who are interested in learning valuable real-life skills for the world of work. Student coming on the course will:
- Develop business & finance skills
- Undergo preparation for employment
- Develop employability skills
- Develop personal and social skills
- Improve Maths & English
How will I be assessed?
The course consists of two qualifications, one in business and one in peronal and social development. There are no exams and all of the assessment is on coursework.
What happens after the course?
Successful completers of this course will be guaranteed a place on the L1 Business programme in September, and may be able to progress to other L1 programmes in the college.
Entry Requirements
Thre are no formal entry requirements for this programme. Entry is subject to interview which may include an assessment of your English & Maths skills.
