You will study general English language, practicing speaking, listening, writing and reading. You will study in different ways. Sometimes you will look at how English works as a language. Sometimes you will work in pairs and small groups. You will also study ICT, Maths, skills for independence and work and art.

You will need to do homework, assignments and coursework as well as exams. You will study at a level that is right for you, and will progress through the levels as you develop your English.

You will take qualifications in English speaking, listening, reading and writing.  You will also take qualifications in maths, skills for independence and work and ICT.

 

 

 

Days and Times: 
Monday to Friday (15.5 hours a week)
Who this course is for: 
Young people aged 16-18 who are at an early stage of learning English.
Where this course might take me: 
After this course, you may be able to progress to a vocational course at College that you are interested in.
