This course enables you to gain a nationally-recognised vocationally-specific qualification in the field of public services.

- Personal effectiveness for the public services
- Diversity in the public services
- Social responsibility and the value of the citizen in the public services
- Introduction to health and safety in the public services
Specialist units:
- Introduction to security procedures in the public services
- Practical team working in the public services
- Introduction to map work and navigation skills for the public services
- Incidents and the public services
In addition you will study Functional Mathematics, English and Information Technology as part of your programme of Foundation Studies.
