This course is for anyone who wants to work in childcare, be a social worker or be a nurse. As part of your course you will learn
about Health, Social Care and Childcare. You will begin to learn all the skills you need to work in the care sector, for
example communication skills. The aim of this course is to give you some knowledge around all the different jobs in care, then
you can make an informed choice for your next course. All your teachers will have worked in childcare, social care or as a
nurse so they will be able to tell you what it’s really like.
Entry Requirements:
Four A* to E grades at GCSE including an E at English.
Where this course might take me:
You can progress to Level 2 Health and Social Care or Childcare.
