9 unit award covering all of the basic beauty services to include working in the industry, client consultation, reception, health and safety in the salon. There is an additional cost for uniform and specialist equipment. The course is full time approximately 14 hours per week. Successful learners could either progress into employment, NVQ level 2 or on to level 3 Diploma.
Entry Requirements:
Three GCSEs at grade C or above, a good standard of general education, an outgoing personality, good standard of personal grooming, project, trade test and interview.
Where this course might take me:
You can progress to Level 3 which will ensure you have the skills for employment.
