The Employment Solutions Employment Advice Team provide impartial Information Advice & Guidance (IAG) for people needing some help finding employment or needing  careers guidance.

Experienced and qualified Employment Advisers help create tailored action plans through structured one to one interviews.

Advisers can help with:

• Creating effective CVs
• Completing Application Forms
• Writing cover letters
• Preparing for interviews (with mock interviews)

Advisers can give specific and relevant information about the various career paths available and the wide range of employment sectors that exist in the labour market.

Employment Advisers are also able to provide links to in-house employability training, customised to help jobseekers gain the necessary skills to becoming more employable.

We can also offer use of the following facilities to assist in job hunting:

• Internet access and job search facilities
• Free use of telephone and fax
• Work experience opportunities
