Want to be a car mechanic, an MOT tester, valeter, bodywork repairer, in vehicle restoration, showroom sales, parts departments or management? There are just so many routes to choose from, so come and gain a nationally recognised qualification to help you on the road to success for a career in the automotive industry. In our well-equipped Motor Vehicle workshops, you learn the practical skills of how to maintain and repair cars, as well as, the knowledge (theory) of how they work. Achieving a complete grounding in this subject, you will obtain qualifications which are recognised throughout the motor vehicle trade and industry. Along with Motor Vehicles, you will be working towards Functional Skills English, Maths and IT qualifications, to strengthen your expertise and employability. Tower Hamlets College has run Level 1 courses for many years in motor vehicles but now we will provide higher level courses so students can progress directly from College into work.
