See our dedicated Advice page for further information » Student AdvisersOur Student Advisers can also offer support on issues such as finance, benefits, health, stress, housing, childcare and relationships.
The Student Advisers are based with our Advice Team at Poplar. Appointments can be made at the Advice reception at the following times:

Your personal tutorYour personal tutor will be your main point of contact to discuss issues that may affect your work. He or she will offer:
Additional Learning Support (ALS)If you feel you need support you can speak to your tutor, an ALS tutor or a Learning Mentor. You can find out more in the Key Skills Area (Ground Floor Annexe) and the ALS office (Lower Ground Floor Annexe).

Key SkillsWe will help you improve the skills you need for study, work and life, such as literacy, numeracy, communication and information technology. You can drop in to the Key Skills Area any time between 9am and 5pm (Fridays 9am – 2pm). You do not need an appointment.
